USA Swimming IMX/IMR Standards and Calculator

IMX/IMR encourages swimmer versatility by having swimmers compete in various events, rather than specializing too early. IMR (IM Ready) focuses on shorter distances, while IMX (IM Xtreme) features longer distances. Swimmers earn "power points" for their times in each event, and these points are combined to create an overall IMX or IMR score.
