Friday, October 17
8:30 AM- Van pickup from Newport News Airport
9:30 AM- BMAC arrival for swimmers
- 10:00 AM – Vans depart from BMAC
- Parents send lunch to be eaten in van
- 10:15 AM- Williamsburg pickup (Wyndham Hotel across from Water Country)
- 2:30 PM-Arrival at Pool
- 3:30 PM – Evening meet session
- 7:45 PM- Leave for Hotel
- 8:00 PM – Team dinner at the hotel
- Chipotle buffet delivery to hotel
- 8:30 PM- Team Meeting (all)
- 9:30 PM – Lights out (12&U)
- 10:00 PM- Lights out (13&O)
Saturday, October 18
- 6:00 AM – Breakfast (12&U)
- 6:20 AM- Leave for Pool (12&U)
- 7:00 AM – Warm-up (12&U) / Breakfast (13&))
- 10:30 AM – Lunch at hotel (13&O)
- Wegman’s Delivery
- 11:15 AM- Leave for Pool (13&O)/Leave for Hotel (12&U)
- 11:30 AM- Lunch at hotel (12&U)
- 11:45 AM – Warm-up (13&O)
- 5:00 PM- Leave for bowling (all)
- 5:30 PM- AMF Bowling- dinner and activities (all)
- 7:45 PM-Leave for hotel (all)

- 9:00 PM- Lights Out (12&U)

Sunday, October 19
- 6:00 AM – Breakfast (12&U)
- 6:40 AM- Leave for pool (12&U)
- 7:00 AM- Breakfast (13&O)
- 7:25 AM – Warm-up (12&U)
- 10:45 AM – Lunch at hotel (13&O)
- Pizza Delivery
- 11:15 AM- Checkout (13&O)
11:30 AM- Leave for Pool (13&O)/Leave for Hotel (12&U)
- 12:10 PM – Warm-up (13&O)
- 12:00 PM- Lunch at hotel (12&U)
- 1:00 PM- Checkout (12&U)
- 1:45 PM- Depart for pool (12&U)
- 5:15 PM – Depart for home (Dinner on the bus)
- Jersey Mike’s delivery to pool
- 8:45 PM- Van arrives in Williamsburg (Wyndham Hotel across from Water Country)
- 9:15 PM – Vans arrive at BMAC
- 9:45 PM- Van Return to Newport News airport
