Friday, October 23

9:30 AM – Swimmers arrive at BMAC
10:00 AM – Vans depart from BMAC
Parents provide a packed lunch to eat in the vans.

2:30 PM – Arrive at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons and check in

4:00 PM – Depart for meet

4:30 PM – Team warm-up / Distance Session

7:45 PM – Depart pool for hotel

8:00 PM – Team dinner (Chipotle buffet delivered to hotel)

8:30 PM – Team meeting

9:30 PM – Lights out (12 & Under)

10:00 PM – Lights out (13 & Over)

Saturday, October 24

6:20 AM – Breakfast (13 & Over) – Chick-fil-A delivery

6:45 AM – Depart for pool (13 & Over)

7:00 AM – Warm-up (13 & Over)

7:15 AM – Breakfast (12 & Under)

11:20 AM – Lunch at hotel (12 & Under) – Wegmans catering

11:45 AM

  • 12 & Under depart for pool
  • 13 & Over depart for hotel

12:15 PM – Lunch at hotel (13 & Over)

12:45 PM – Warm-up (12 & Under)

5:00 PM – Depart for Top Golf

5:30 PM – Top Golf team dinner and activities

7:45 PM – Return to hotel

8:15 PM – Team meeting

9:30 PM – Lights out (all swimmers)

Sunday, October 25

6:20 AM – Breakfast (13 & Over)

6:45 AM – Depart for pool (13 & Over)

7:00 AM – Warm-up (13 & Over)

7:15 AM – Breakfast (12 & Under)

11:00 AM – 12 & Under hotel checkout

11:20 AM – Lunch at hotel (12 & Under) – Mezzeh catering

11:45 AM

  • 12 & Under depart for pool
  • 13 & Over return to hotel

12:00 PM – Lunch at hotel (13 & Over)

12:15 PM – Warm-up (12 & Under)

1:00 PM – 13 & Over hotel checkout

1:45 PM – 13 & Over depart for pool

5:15 PM – Depart Greensboro for home

Dinner in vans – Jersey Mike's delivered to the pool before departure

Approximately 9:15 PM – Arrive at BMAC

  • Times are tentative and will be adjusted once the meet timeline is released.
  • Practice and warm-up times are based on preliminary meet information.
  • Meal locations and vendors are subject to availability and may change before travel.
