CGBD Swim Cap Order Form

All CGBD swimmers are required to wear CGBD swim caps during practices and swim meets. We offer two options:

• Latex Caps – $12 each
• Personalized Latex Caps – $17 each
• Silicone Caps – $20 each
• Personalized Silcone Caps – $25 each

Care Instructions:

• Rinse caps with cool, fresh water after each use.
• Allow to air dry completely before storing.
• Avoid exposing caps to direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sharp objects to prevent tearing.

Please complete the form below to place your cap order. Our apparel coordinator, Cheryl Wilson, along with Aquawear, will work to deliver your caps to practice as soon as they are ready.
